Qualifications

• ADN from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Must hold an active Colorado RN license.
• Current CPR required; ACLS/PALS certification within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver acute care and swing bed services with evidence-based practice.
• Assess and evaluate patient health data to develop care plans.
• Provide therapies and restorative treatments to promote life and well-being.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team addressing medical, social, and spiritual needs with culturally appropriate care.
• Execute delegated medical functions and monitor treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all patient care activities.
