Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse in North Carolina to deliver direct patient care on a designated unit. You will assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team to ensure quality outcomes.

The role requires an active NC RN license, BLS certification, and at least 1 year of nursing experience, with a preference for clinical specialty experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license in North Carolina or a compact state.
• Required 1 year of RN clinical experience; specialty experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares nursing processes, such as medication administration and treatments to provide comprehensive and effective patient care.
• Reconciles medical records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Evaluates patient response to interventions and identifies any additional interventions needed to meet defined goals of care.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary care team to ensure effective care planning.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education
