Job summary

Qualifications

• New RN graduate from an accredited nursing program or Registered Nurse in good standing.
• Licensed to practice in the state of Arkansas; BSN preferred.
• CPR required; ACLS, PALS and/or NALS training provided in some areas.
• Specialty units require and will provide specific specialty education.

• A new RN graduate from an accredited nursing program or Registered Nurse in good standing, and licensed to practice in the state of Arkansas. BSN preferred.
• Applies basic knowledge and skills to meet standard of care.
• Is able to practice as a full partner of an interdisciplinary team.
• RN that is not actively participating in the Clinical Nurse Advancement Program.
• Healthcare CPR required, some areas may require ACLS, PALS and/or NALS - training is provided.
• Specialty units require and will provide specific specialty education.
