Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• 0-1 year of clinical nursing experience required.
• Current RN license in New Hampshire required; BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient reports and records.
• Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions or side effects.
• Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor, document, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Modify patient treatment plans based on patients' responses to treatment and changes in their conditions.
