Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• RN licensure and BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
• Computer literacy.
• Ability to perform treatments, patient education, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Preferred: ACLS/PALS certification and knowledge of medication management.
