• College Diploma as education credential.

Responsibilities

• Performs all unit-specific RN responsibilities and documents nursing care.
• Completes initial patient assessment and develops a care plan per unit standards.
• Delivers planned care, administers medications, and ensures safety and documentation.
• Delegates tasks to HCAs and verifies completion during shifts.
• Maintains patient safety, responds to call lights promptly, and communicates with the care team.
