Qualifications

• BLS certification within 30 days - American Heart Association (AHA).
• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) - IDFPR, Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Performs all nursing duties as defined by unit scope.
• Completes initial patient assessment and plans care with the team.
• Maintains accurate documentation and medication administration following the 5 Rights.
