Job summary

Baptist Health in Little Rock, AR is seeking a registered nurse for the Med/Surg-Pulmonary 7B unit. The role requires night shifts from 1830 to 0700 and a commitment to state licensure in Arkansas. BSN is preferred, CPR is required, and additional certifications (ACLS/PALS/NALS) may be required with training provided.

You will work as part of an interdisciplinary team to deliver safe, compassionate care and achieve optimal patient outcomes in a dynamic hospital setting.

Qualifications

• New RN graduate from an accredited nursing program or Registered Nurse in good standing, and licensed to practice in the state of Arkansas.
• Applies basic knowledge and skills to meet standard of care.
• Is able to practice as a full partner of an interdisciplinary team.
• RN that is not actively participating in the Clinical Nurse Advancement Program.
• Healthcare CPR required, some areas may require ACLS, PALS and/or NALS - training is provided.
• Specialty units require and will provide specific specialty education.
