Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions in Glendale, CA is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for Med/Surg duties in an in-office setting. You will provide direct patient care, monitor patients, administer medications, document in the EHR, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years Med/Surg bedside experience.
• Proficient medication administration and protocol adherence.
• Strong documentation and EHR/charting accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in Med/Surg units, ensuring safety and quality.
• Monitor patient conditions and promptly report changes to the team.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols.
• Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic health record.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and update care plans.
• Meet performance metrics and contribute to pipeline-based territory goals.
• Engage in continuous professional development and pursue growth opportunities.
• Participate in patient and family education to support care at home.
• Assist with care coordination and discharge planning for efficient transitions.
