Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS and PALS certifications within six months of hire.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration and clinical treatments.
• Documents patient care provided and monitors patient condition.
• Assists patients with daily living activities and mobility.
• Coordinates care with multidisciplinary team and handles transfers/discharges as needed.
• Provides patient and family education aligned to age and culture.
• Advocates for patient wellbeing and participates in ongoing education and performance improvement.
• Maintains reliable attendance and supports flexible shifts/units.
