Job summary

Arc of Acadiana in New Iberia, LA, is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to provide clinical oversight and coordination of healthcare services for Waiver participants in community and residential settings. You will support staff and participants and ensure high-quality care.

The role requires an active Louisiana RN license, with at least 1 year of nursing experience and strong clinical judgment. Regular office hours are 8:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• Active Louisiana RN license required.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience.
• Experience in community-based or IDD services preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, organization, and documentation skills.
• Ability to train, support, and communicate effectively with staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and coordination of healthcare services for Waiver participants.
• Monitor participant health status and respond to changes.
• Coordinate care with physicians, hospitals, pharmacies, and other providers.
• Oversee medication administration and MAR reviews.
• Train and support DSPs on medication administration and health-related tasks.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and oversee supplies and refills.
