Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program is required.
• 1+ year nursing experience preferred.
• Active RN license in the state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical care and daily rounds to residents.
• Document care and communicate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Supervise nursing staff and mentor new employees.
• Administer medications and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure safety, compliance with OSHA and infection control protocols.
• Contribute to developing and updating resident care plans.
