Job summary

Providence Portland Medical Center in Portland, OR is seeking a RN for the Maternal Child Float Unit on a .9 FTE night shift (3 12-hour shifts, 7:00pm-7:30am; 36 hours weekly with rotating weekends and holidays). Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Upon hire: Registered Nurse License
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • Upon hire: National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics
  • 1 year Nursing experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide nursing care to maternal and child patients on the float unit.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver safe, high-quality care.
  • Assist with patient education and discharge planning as assigned.

RN – Maternal Child Float Unit at Providence Portland Medical Center

This posting represents a .9 FTE, night shift opening (3, 12 hour shifts, 7:00pm-7:30am, 36 hours per week with rotating weekends and holidays).

Pay Range

Salary: $57.90 - $84.50 per hour. The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

HIRE BONUS: $8,000 hiring bonus offered for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment. Night shift differential – $10 p/hr.
