Vetted Solutions is seeking an experienced registered nurse to coordinate patient transfers and bed management in collaboration with physicians and nursing staff, ensuring timely and appropriate placement based on care needs. The RN will perform clinical screening, use utilization management tools, and document transfer details in electronic medical records while monitoring inpatient flow and bed capacity.

Hybrid work options are available after orientation, with in-office work as needed;

Formación

• Minimum of three years of RN experience.
• Graduate from a specialty nursing training program.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and clinical assessment skills.

Responsabilidades

• Managing inpatient flow from admission to discharge while ensuring efficient utilization of beds.
• Facilitating patient transfers, assessing requests using clinical criteria, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitoring admission processes, addressing delays, and reporting quality concerns.
• Serving as a resource on bed availability and adjusting assignments based on acuity and capacity.
• Participating in on-call coverage and adhering to policies and procedures.
