Qualifications

• Current nursing license (State Licensure).
• BLS/ACLS and other required certifications.
• TB skin test within 12 months, up to date titers (MMR, Hep B, Varicella).
• Respiratory fit testing within 12 months.
• Tdap/Flu vaccinations up to date.
• Physical within 12 months.
• Pre-employment background and urine drug screen clearance.
