This leadership role is responsible for overseeing staff, driving quality and patient safety initiatives, supporting operational excellence, and ensuring successful workflow management. Candidates must have current Epic EMR experience and experience managing through an EMR conversion to Epic.
Minimum 5 years of NICU management experience
Experience managing a Level III NICU preferred
Experience leading an EMR conversion to Epic
Current Epic EMR experience required
Strong leadership, staffing, budgeting, and quality improvement experience
Ability to participate in night call coverage and service line call rotation
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent required
Master's Degree preferred
BLS Certification
PALS Certification
National Nursing Leadership or NICU Specialty Certification preferred
EMR: Epic
