We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse Manager to lead our clinical team in our assisted living facility- The Arbor. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day nursing operations, ensure high-quality resident care, manage staff performance, and maintain compliance with state regulations and company policies. The ideal candidate will have a current RN license in the state of Florida, a minimum 2 years of nursing management experience, and knowledge of state and federal regulations related to assisted living.
