Qualifications

• CPR certification is required.
• Act 34, Act 33, Act 73 background clearances may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in a professional practice setting.
• Deliver nursing care to telemetry intermediate care patients.
• Assess patient condition and communicate changes to the physician.
• Ensure patient safety and participate in quality initiatives.
• Supervise and mentor LPNs and support staff as needed.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and hospital policies.
