Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to provide 1:1 in-home care for medically fragile children in Leander, TX and surrounding areas. The role offers flexible scheduling, consistent hours, weekly pay, and 24/7 clinical support from a supportive team.

Formación

• Active RN or LVN license (TX) required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Experience in pediatric/home health care preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting.
• Administer medications and treatments per plan of care.
• Assess patient condition and respond to changes.
• Educate families and caregivers on care needs.
• Follow plan of care and document actions.

Pay Range: $26-$40/hr

Qualifications

Required

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license (TX)
• Current CPR certification

Preferred

• Pediatric home health experience
• Trach and/or ventilator experience
