Job summary

Qualifications
- RN licensed with valid New Jersey licensure.
- Provide direct patient care and administer medications.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans with interdisciplinary teams.
- Perform patient assessments and document care.

Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting, focusing on physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
- Develop and maintain accurate patient records, ensuring regulatory compliance.
