Job summary

Vibra Travels is seeking a Registered Nurse for 3 x 12s in Tulsa, OK. You will work with one recruiter from start to finish and be assigned to partner facilities across the country.

Local and non-local positions are available with a competitive hourly rate in addition to a tax-free stipend where applicable. No pay cuts mid-contract. License reimbursement may be available when traveling to a new state with a new license.

Qualifications

• 1 year of RN experience required; may vary by client.
• Recent acute care experience required; LTAC experience preferred.
• ICU, Med-Surg and Telemetry experience strongly preferred.
• Current, valid RN license in the state of employment.
• Current, valid driver's license required.
• Ability to travel using air and ground transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, evaluates and revises a plan of care for assigned patients and families while promoting Vibra Travels' mission and values.
• Supervises Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, CNAs, Nursing Aides and Techs.

Responsibilities

Position Summary:
Develops, implements, evaluates and revises a plan of care of assigned patients and families while promoting the mission and values of Vibra Travels. The provision of care includes direct care along with the delegation and supervision of all nursing care in accordance with the applicable Nurse Practice Act. Specific components of the Registered Nurse role include demonstrating clinical competence; managing patient care; improving quality of care; establishing professional relationships and utilizing professional skills; fulfilling responsibilities of the role of the hospital; and developing clinical expertise per specialty.

Position Supervisory Responsiblties

Supervises the following positions: Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Nursing Aides and Techs.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1 year as Registered Nurse required, but may vary by client and setting
• Recent acute care experience required; LTAC experience preferred
• ICU, Med Surg and Telemetry experience strongly preferred
• Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment required.
• Current, valid, and active driver’s license required.
• Ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation.

Certificates, Licensures, Registrations

• Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment required.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification from a Vibra Travels-approved vendor required, AHA preferred and required by some clients.
• Additional certifications may be required by some clients.
