Job summary

Advantage Nursing Services in Pekin, IL is seeking homecare nurses for day shifts. Full-time, part-time, and PRN hours are available immediately.

You will provide compassionate, one-on-one nursing care in patients' homes, follow physician care plans, monitor conditions, take vitals, and document charts. A valid IL nursing license and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Active IL nursing license required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Able to provide 1-on-1 patient care in home settings.

Responsibilities

• 1 on 1 Patient Care.
• Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician's care plan of treatment.
• Monitor patient's condition and compose patient charts.
• Assist patient in daily activities.
• Take and record vitals.
• Provide caregiver relief.
