Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents according to care plans, physician orders, and regulatory standards.

• Provide leadership and support to CNAs and other care team members during weekend shifts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care and positive outcomes.
• Respond to emergencies and make sound clinical decisions with confidence.
• Maintain compliance with all policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations.

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and dependable RN/LPN to join our clinical team in a Weekender role, providing high-quality care and leadership during weekend shifts. As a Weekender Nurse, you will play a critical role in ensuring continuity of care, supporting team members, and delivering exceptional resident outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
