You will deliver one-on-one nursing care at patients’ homes, follow physician care plans, monitor conditions, take vitals, and assist with daily activities on weekends.

Qualifications

Active IL nursing license is required.
Current CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

1 on 1 patient care.
Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician's care plan of treatment.
Monitor patient’s condition and document patient charts.
Assist patient with daily activities.
Take and record vitals.
Provide caregiver relief.
