Advantage Nursing Services in Joliet, IL is seeking Homecare Nurses for day shifts with flexible hours, including Fridays 8am-4pm and weekend 8am-8pm.

Qualifications

• Active IL nursing license required to practice in Illinois.
• Current CPR certification is mandatory for all applicants.
• Prior G-tube experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• 1 on 1 patient care and nursing duties in home settings.
• Provide care per the physician's care plan and treatment directives.
• Monitor patient condition and document charts and vitals.
• Assist patient in daily activities and provide caregiver relief.
• Maintain clear communication with families and care teams.
