Qualifications

• Active Illinois Nursing License is required to practice.
• Current CPR Certification needed for all nursing roles.
• Experience with G-Tube, Trach, and Vent Care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care on a daily basis.
• Administer nursing care as per the physician's care plan.
• Monitor vital signs and document patient conditions.
• Assist patients with daily activities and provide emotional support.

• Provides nursing care in accordance with physician's care plan of treatment, individual plan of care, as authorized by client's payer source.
• Take and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate.
• Monitor patient's conditions including fluid intake, output, and compose patient charts.
• Assist ailing patients in daily necessary activities.
• Provide emotional support.

Requirements

• Active IL Nursing License
• Current CPR Certification
• Prior Experience with G-Tube, Trach, and Vent Care preferred
