Job summary
Majestic Care of Goshen is seeking Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses to join our mission and uphold our core values. Our team delivers skilled nursing on an assigned unit, supervising CNAs and ensuring high-quality care for residents.

Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
- Licensed as an RN or LPN in the state employed; license must be active, valid, and in good standing.
- Valid CPR teaching certificate preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Initiate and lead team conferences to develop individualized nursing care plans.
- Assess and document residents' condition and nursing needs.
- Implement physicians' orders accurately and promptly.
- Administer medications, start IVs, and document treatments.
- Participate in orientation and in-service training.
- Assist physicians with tests and procedures within state scope.
- Report and record pertinent observations and reactions.
- Coordinate nursing care when residents are scheduled for therapy.
- Assist with emergency measures for sudden adverse developments.
