Job summary

Accounting Search partners with a rural Montana hospital in Miles City to recruit RN and LPN staff. You’ll work across ER, OB, ICU, Nursery, Med/Surg and other units, with cross-training as needed. The role emphasizes compassionate care, teamwork and adaptability in a progressive rural setting.

Shifts are 12 hours with day/night rotations. RN pay ranges from $31.63 to $49.88 per hour and LPN from $25.63 to $38.45 per hour, plus full benefits and relocation support where applicable.

Qualifications

• RN license in MT required for Nurses.
• LPN MT license with IV certification preferred or eligible.
• BLS and ACLS required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Care in ER, OB, Nursery, ICU, Med/Surg, Transitional Care, and Behavioral Health.
• Cross-train across units as needed.
