Job summary

Luxor Healthcare is seeking an RN/LPN weekend supervisor to lead our clinical team and maintain high-level resident care. The role requires energy, leadership and a team-first mindset, with 11-7 weekday shifts and weekend coverage.

You will coordinate and supervise shifts, ensure smooth operation of the building, and address residents' needs while upholding care standards. A Missouri RN/LPN license is required.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri RN/LPN license required.
• Experience leading clinical teams preferred.
• Strong supervisory and interpersonal skills.
