The role collaborates with residents, families, and a multidisciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care across all stages of preventive care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.

Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program with RN license; bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including, but not limited to, CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities
