Allure of Peru in Peru, Illinois is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our healthcare team. You will administer medications, assess residents, supervise CNAs, maintain documentation, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.

We seek compassionate, dependable, team-oriented nurses with strong communication and a resident-first mindset. Various shifts available on a part-time or full-time basis in a LTC setting.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois LPN or RN license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Assess residents and promptly report changes in condition.
• Supervise, mentor, and support CNAs.

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Promote a safe, positive, and welcoming environment.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
