Job summary

Northeast Arc-Clinical Services is seeking compassionate registered or licensed practical nurses for continuous in-home care across families in our service area. Nurses provide one-on-one skilled nursing services, including complex pediatric and adult cases, often involving feeding tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilator support.

Location-based shifts include weekdays and weekends; strong communication with families and team is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 nursing care in patients' homes, schools, or community settings.
• Deliver skilled nursing services per plan of care and physician orders.

• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to Medicaid/Medicare requirements.

Location: Lancaster, MA

Patient Description: 12yo boy. SMA, g tube, BiPAP overnight, respiratory treatments, non ambulatory, A&Ox3, conversational.

Shifts: Monday and Tuesday 7a-4p to accompany to school
Saturdays 7a-7p, backups for weekday days

• Diverse Cases: Our cases cover a wide spectrum, from general nursing care to extremely complex ICU-level home care. Most of our patients face feeding challenges and are either G or J-tube feeding dependent. Others may have tracheostomies requiring ventilator support, seizure disorders, ostomy appliances, wound management needs, or diabetic maintenance.

Pay Rates: Our pay rates vary based on credentials & differentials:

RN: $57.68/$59.68/$61.68 per hour

LPN: $41.50/$43.50/$45.50 per hour

• Licensure: Nurses must hold a valid RN or LPN license in the state of Massachusetts.
