Job summary

MGA Homecare is seeking an RN/LPN to provide pediatric home health care, administering prescribed medications and therapies per physician plans. You’ll document assessments and coordinate care while educating patients and families on disease processes and self-care.

The role offers a flexible schedule with a weekend differential and the chance to work autonomously in the patient’s home, delivering compassionate, high-quality care to infants, children, and adolescents.

Qualifications

• Current Arizona RN or LPN license is required.
• Experience documenting patient care and coordinating home health is preferred.
• Strong time management and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Treat infants, children, and adolescents per physician plan of care.
• Administer prescribed medications and therapies.
