Job summary

Home Heart Florida is seeking a Pediatric Home Care Nurse (RN/LPN) to deliver specialized pediatric care in the patient home. Join a nurse-led team emphasizing compassionate, family-centered support and flexible scheduling options across full-time, part-time, days, and nights.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN or LPN license is required.
• Pediatric or home health experience preferred, but not required for all cases.
• Compassionate, dependable and detail-oriented with good communication.
• BLS certification preferred and a reliable means of transport.

Responsibilities

• Providing skilled pediatric nursing care in the home.
• Medication administration and treatments.
• Monitoring patient status and reporting changes.
• Supporting feeding routines and daily care needs.
• Maintaining accurate documentation.
