Responsibilities

1 on 1 patient care based on physician care plan.
Provide nursing care per treatment plan and document progress.
Monitor patient condition and compose patient charts.
Assist patient in daily activities and mobility.
Take and record vitals and report changes to supervisor.
Provide caregiver relief as needed.
