Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Prince Frederick, MD is seeking compassionate Nurses (RN or LPN) to join our team in a safe, structured medical environment. You will provide quality care during admission, treatment and discharge, and coordinate medication needs with pharmacy staff.

Candidates must hold current RN or LPN licensure (in-state or compact with multistate privileges) and demonstrate strong communication, attention to detail and a compassionate, recovery-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality medical care for clients during admission, treatment and discharge.
• Coordinate pharmacy needs, dispense medications, and maintain med logs.
• Collaborate with medical, clinical and UR teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain meticulous medical documentation, tracking and reporting for each client.
• Provide patient education in individual and group settings.
