Qualifications
- Current RN or LPN license
- Long-term care experience preferred

Responsibilities
- Deliver resident-centered nursing care across multiple care settings
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support residents
- Document and monitor resident status and care plans
- Respond promptly to residents' changes in condition and needs
- Uphold safety, quality, and regulatory standards
