Franklin-Simpson Nursing and Rehabilitation in Franklin, KY, is seeking a Nurse (LPN/RN) to supervise staff and implement physician orders for residents’ medications and treatments. The role involves directing unit duties and delivering high-quality nursing care in a team-based environment.

New grads are welcome; must hold an RN or LPN/LVN license with relevant experience and maintain good standing. Strong communication and confidentiality are required to support resident families and the care

Qualifications

RN must be skilled in directing, motivating and training staff.
Graduate of an accredited RN school with valid RN license and 2 years nursing experience.
LPN/LVN with current state license and 2 years related experience.
Good standing in the state registry is required.
New grads welcome.

Responsibilities

Supervise LPNs, LVNs and CNAs and provide support for total nursing care.
Implement orders for medications, treatments and tests with physicians.
Direct assigned unit duties to provide quality care to residents.
Utilizes high-level assessment to design and ensure multidisciplinary patient care.
Under RN supervision, participate in orientation and licensure support.
