Watertown Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking an RN/LPN Licensed Practical Nurse to join our dedicated team in Watertown, MA. The role focuses on delivering compassionate nursing care and preparing patients for procedures while collaborating with physicians and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Provides nursing care to patients as assigned.
• Administers and records medications and treatments.
• Assists physicians with procedures and treatments.
• Reinforces health care instructions for patients and families.
• Participates in planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care.
• Assists with admission, transfer and discharge.
• Observes and reports vital signs and patient condition.
• Records patient responses and maintains charts.
• Maintains a safe, comfortable environment.
• Assists with unit management and may assume charge.
