Ridgewood Rehab & Care Center in Nebraska is seeking Day Shift and Night Shift RN and LPN nurses to provide overnight care with a compassionate, resident-centered approach. Qualifications

• Nebraska RN or LPN license is required and must be active.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care during day or night shifts.

As a Day orOvernight RN or LPN, you'll ensure residents are safe, comfortable, and well cared for. You'll use your clinical expertise to assess resident needs, administer medications and treatments, respond to changes in condition, and work closely with the care team to deliver exceptional outcomes.

This role is ideal for nurses who enjoy building relationships, working independently, and providing compassionate care in a calm and supportive environment.

What You'll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders

• Complete nursing assessments and documentation accurately and timely
• Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and other team members
• Support CNAs and CMAs in delivering exceptional resident care

• Maintain compliance with all nursing standards, policies, and regulations

What We’re Looking For

Current active Nebraska RN or LPN license required and must be in good standing
Current CPR certification required
