Job summary

Miller's Health Systems is seeking a Charge Nurse to oversee nursing care for patients on the shift, implementing the Comprehensive Care Plan and ensuring accurate documentation in patient records.

You will supervise direct resident care personnel, collaborate with the Unit Manager, and maintain a professional, compassionate approach while serving the needs of residents at our Indiana facility.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed and registered to practice as a professional nurse in the State of Indiana.
• Pass the physical examination given in behalf of gainful employment within the facility.
• Successfully complete pre-employment process and screening.
• Professional manner and appearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients on the assigned shift.
• Follow the Comprehensive Care Plan for each patient.
• Assist the Unit Manager with thorough and accurate documentation in the patient record when needed.

Qualifications
