Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, provide and manage nursing care for residents.
• Supervise CNAs and other staff in care delivery.
• Coordinate nursing care on the unit and ensure staff competency.
• Provide safe medication related interventions and document orders.
• Assess residents and notify physicians of changes, implement orders.
• Develop and implement care plans and nursing interventions.
