Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking novice Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for homecare opportunities in the Westfield, MA area. We offer full-time, part-time, and per diem positions with comprehensive paid training and skill advancement.

These programs provide caregivers with the training, support, and hands-on experience needed to work confidently in the homecare setting.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Performs focused interviews to identify specific patient needs.
• Assesses signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from healthcare team members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
• Provides compassionate one-on-one patient care in the home setting.
• Performs other nursing duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Massachusetts.
• Current Health Certificate (per facility requirements).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS certification.
