The Grove of Skokie, a leading post-acute care and rehabilitation facility in Skokie, IL, is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join a compassionate, patient-centered team. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and support residents according to individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered State of Illinois RN or LPN license is required.
• Prior RN/LPN experience is preferable, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Ability to provide direct, compassionate patient care in a post-acute setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor residents' conditions.
• Conduct resident assessments and communicate changes to the care team.
• Act as a team leader and advocate for residents and families.
