Leeds Nursing Services in California is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide designated nursing services as specified in bookings. Candidates must hold a valid California nursing license and have completed their clinical hours. Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
The ideal candidates will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a patient-centered approach. Certifications in BLS and ACLS are also desirable.
You will provide designated nursing services as specified in the booking, in accordance with your skill level and qualifications. Services may include wound care, medication administration, chronic disease management, care coordination, assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), and other related tasks. Some tasks, such as complex monitoring, complex wounds, IV therapy, will only be performed by certified team members. Otherwise, routine tasks can be performed without additional requirements or certification.
For RN: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
For LPN: Completion of a state‑approved practical nursing program.
Must hold a valid California nursing license issued by the California Board of Registered Nursing (BRN) for RNs.
Must hold a valid California vocational nursing license for LPNs.
Completion of required clinical hours as part of nursing education program.
Experience in a healthcare setting is often preferred.
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices.
Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with patients and healthcare staff.
Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
Basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS) certification may be required.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening as required by California state law.
Legal authorization to work in the United States.
