Job summary

Dublin Post Acute in Dublin, OH is seeking a compassionate RN/LPN to join our night shift team. You will provide high-quality nursing care, supervise clinical staff, and ensure residents’ health, safety, and well-being in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

Qualifications include an active RN license (or LPN), CPR/BLS, and prior experience in post-acute care. You will document accurately, communicate with families and the interdisciplinary team, and participate in care conferences.

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
