Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group in Ohio is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join a skilled nursing facility team. You will contribute to patient comfort, dignity and exceptional care while completing the RAI process in accordance with state and federal requirements.

The role requires an active RN or LPN license, CPR/BLS certification, and solid computer skills to navigate EHR systems. This is a full-time position with varied shifts and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN or LPN license in the practicing state.
• CPR or BLS certification is required.
• Intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Complete the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process in line with State and Federal requirements and facility policies.
