Allure Healthcare Services is seeking RNs and LPNs to join our Float Pool, offering control over your schedule with PRN, full-time, or part-time options. Earn $45/hr as an RN or $37/hr as an LPN, with shift differentials and opportunities to work across memory care, rehab, and acute care settings.

Positions support multiple units across Illinois, with flexible shifts, professional growth, and a team-focused environment that prioritizes resident care and staff development.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Illinois RN or LPN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to deliver direct patient care per care plans and physician orders.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care per care plans and physician orders.
• Supervise, guide, and support CNAs to ensure high-quality care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly.
• Coordinate resident admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Maintain accurate documentation in PointClickCare (PCC).
• Foster resident-centered care and build strong relationships with families.
