Brookestone Meadows, a state-of-the-art rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility in Elkhorn, seeks compassionate RN/LPNs to join a team dedicated to dignity, quality life, and quality care for residents.

We offer competitive wages with LPNs at $29.00–$39.00/hr and RNs at $33.00–$43.00/hr, plus multiple schedules, vacation and sick time, 401K match, full benefits after 24 hours, loan reimbursement up to $30,000, earned wage access, and a fun environment.

• Full-Time / Part-Time 630a-7p Evening Differential starting @ 2p = $2.00 / Weekend Differential $2.00 all day
