Benedictine Health System in Duluth, MN is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide resident-centered, evidenced-based care. The LPN will utilize Relationship Based Care, perform initial data collection, and collaborate with RNs to implement person-driven care plans.

Qualifications
